This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

Summary: We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful house in Wilmington! Our hosts thought of everything: comfortable beds, quality bedding and towels, plentiful kitchen supplies, and an overall beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Great location: short walk to historic Wilmington and a short drive to Wrightsville Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Clean, updated and comfortable. Everything you need to cook. Love this house. Recommend staying at this location and we will be staying here again if it's available when we visit our family in NC.

Summary: Our stay at Scott’s place in the Soda Pop District was excellent! The house was perfect — comfortable and dog friendly. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus! The location was also great. We walked 2 blocks to Hiwire brewery and we also went to the Ibis (which we highly recommend!). And we were only a short drive from the riverfront district (less than 5 minutes). 10/10 recommend!

Summary: I agree with all of the previous 5* reviews and would like to add this comment specifically for families participating in the Ironman events. The location was perfect as an athlete and spectator. My pup was super happy to have space outside to roam. We do our own pre-race cooking and need to eat at weird times so restaurants and hotels don’t suffice. We were ONE mile to the finish line! Do not hesitate to stay here. Book as soon as you sign up for the race. You will not be disappointed with the cleanliness, comfort, location and of course the lovely hosts that were super responsive.

Summary: We were 110% satisfied with this stay. As we plotted our unanticipated evacuation from Hurricane Milton, already weary from Helene we sought peace and safety. Our stay here in Wilmington was perfect. This home is immaculate with all the amenities and thoughtful snacks! An easy walk downtown, local brewery and awesome pizza place and a safe back yard for fur babies. We were able to visit with our daughter from Camp Lejeune and returned home to uncertainty but rested. Thank you!

Summary: This house has been completely redone recently and it’s a beautiful property. The location is perfect and it’s about a mile to the river walk with a brewery 2 blocks up from here. We will probably stay here again and highly recommend!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Scott’s home. It has been completely redone and no detail was left out.. Everything was well stocked. Perfect sized fenced backyard for taking your dog on vacation. The beds were so comfortable And the shower in the master was amazing. The whole master suite was designed extremely well. Although most of our time was spent in the kitchen Communication with Scott was always within minutes Would definitely stay here again
