OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced backyard with a private hot tub, propane fire pit, outdoor seating area, BBQ grill, patio string lights, and tons of yard games including corn hole, croquet, and pickle ball paddles/balls (public court 2 blocks away). There are also 6-8 bikes available for your use with Chimney Park Pool and Main Community Park just 2 blocks away!
INDOOR LIVING: 65” Roku Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, game room with pool table, dining table with seating for 6, board games, puzzles, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: There are two full bathrooms on the main level and a third bathroom on the lower level. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay.
GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.
PARKING: There is space for 2 to 3 cars in the driveway, plus street parking.

Summary: This home was the perfect location for a girls weekend. The house was clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived. We spent most of our time cooking and sitting around the kitchen nook table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including plates and dishes for our toddler. There was plenty of room to spread out and the three bathrooms were a plus for women getting ready. The beds were a slice of comfy we didn’t expect. We managed to time our stay for a beautiful snow fall and even found a snow shovel in the shed to shovel the walks. The neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was perfect! With family in Colorado we plan on staying in one of your homes again. Thank you!!!

Summary: So impressed with this home and the management team. The beds were super comfy, game closet well stocked, so much to do with pool table and spa. While they don’t typically provide a Christmas tree, I called prior to our visit to see if they had one and they said no but they surprised us. Such a thoughtful gesture. Would definitely recommend.
