Summary: First, the good- check in was easy. Now, the bad. The neighborhood is sketchy, with a hoarder house next door, and random dogs running at you from the house across the street. There is not enough seating for 4 guests, there is one small couch and only 3 dining chairs. The sheets were very cheap, old, worn, and pilled, with cigarette burn holes in them. The pillows were yellowed and stained. The bed itself had no support for the mattress and was sinking while we were lying on it. The trim is pulled away from the window and you can feel hot air blowing in from outside. There are only cheap blinds covering the windows so the very bright street light shines right in the bedroom. The bathtub was not installed properly so there is a crack in it that was “repaired” with just white duct tape. All of the soaps (luckily we brought our own) are from dollar tree. Overall this place was not worth what we paid and we would not stay here again.

Summary: Overall not a bad one night stay, the property manager was very accommodating to our needs. But the unit itself could use a little TLC. Pros: Accommodating property manager Comfortable bedding and sheets Spacious parking Towels and toiletries provided, as well as pan ware for cooking. Cons: A smell throughout the unit (probably a given since it’s on older building) Carpets need to be redone or deep cleaned. Bathroom had a smell to it, along with temporary patch in the tub wall, maybe it needs to be replaced entirely. Parts of the wall seem to be rotted towards baseboards. A window was left open in a spare room prior to our arrival, didn’t notice until after we returned from shopping. All the windows were left unlocked. It was a good one night stay, but all in all, this place could use a bit more renovating
