The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants
Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard equipped with a barbecue grill, dinning table, and patio furniture.
In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.

Summary: The cottage is an extremely nice place. We cooked and had everything in the cozy kitchen we needed except a cookie sheet. Super well stocked and the furnishings and amenities were top drawer. Best place I have rented in a long time. It was snowing so we didn’t use the fire pit, but stayed cozy and warm inside. I will be back!

Summary: We have stayed here before and always love to stop here coming/going when we travel up to Colorado from Austin. The house is always so clean, has all the comforts of home, sweet lil neighborhood. We didn't have our dog with us this time, but we've stayed there before with her and the neighborhood has a great park in walking distance. Great fenced in yard too. Highly recommend!

Summary: The home was very cute in a lovely neighborhood. Very quiet yet close to shopping, etc. We stayed iver Thanksgiving and were able to prepare a full, traditional meal with the kitchen dishes and tools. Nice yard too. Would recommend
