Positive: A very comfortable home in a beautiful rural setting. A useful downstairs walk-in shower helped with my disabled daughter. Very nicely decorated, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Cool downstairs during the heat.
Negative: I don't have any complaints!

Positive: Large lounge/ diner, table sat about 10 easily. plenty of room. Huge entrance lobby with plenty of hanging pegs and space for shoes and dog’s equipment. Both bathrooms were large and had heated towel rails and towel hooks. Could’ve done with a hand towel hook near the sink. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen, had everything you could possibly need. Couple of big boxes of toys under the stairs. Appreciated that there was a washing machine and a tumble drier. The garden is pretty much dog/ child proof and there was ample garden seating. Two car parking spaces for each property. Nice packet of biscuits and a bottle of wine were left for us which was a nice gesture.
Negative: Nothing much. The cleaning was adequate but we have been in cleaner properties. The towel rails in the bathrooms were definitely in need of a wipe down. I am particularly fussy about cleanliness so some people would find it perfectly acceptable. I did go around with antibacterial wipes as there were marks and dust in some areas but that is just me!

The location was absolutely perfect—so close to local beaches and ideal for enjoying beautiful evening walks with the grandchildren. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable holiday. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Positive: Location. Size. Bedrooms were good size. Beds very comfy Nice gesture of bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival. Thankyou
Negative: Cold on arrival. Storage heaters . We felt they should have been turned on the night before as it was so cold in the house. Also hot water kept running out.
