Summary: My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters stayed here for a little vacation. The location is perfect, as you are less than one minute from the beach and a couple of minutes from the bay. We loved the house, but there were a couple of things we didn't care for. For some reason, the flies were out of control on the back patio and since we loved having the light in, we would leave the doors open and the flies would come inside. We couldn't find a fly swatter in the house, but rolled up a magazine. One of the shower's upstairs needs to have the shower door replaced as it kept getting stuck in the track. We LOVED all of the beach items available for use; towels, chairs, an umbrella (was broken but still worked a little bit), and a little beach caddy to roll everything out there. We would have loved to have bicycles as well, but that's okay. Overall, this is a wonderful place for the cost.

Summary: Loved staying here! It’s closer to the “surf side” of the beach but was so close to the bay and beach that we didn’t mind. The house was perfect for our family of four. The A/C units in the bedrooms were awesome.

Summary: The location of the property is perfect. House great size for our party of 4. Hot tub is a little small, that only fits 3 adults. The air and tv were a little confusing to use. All in all, we would definitely stay at the property again.

Summary: The location of the property is excellent. 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 min to La Jolla and 15 min to Coronado. Generally clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and linens and sheets very clean. The place needs a little sprucing up. Needs a coat of paint and the carpets upstairs have some large bad stains. The main bath upstairs also was very dated. A lot of black mold in the shower and shower doors. Bathroom really needs an upgrade. One sink in the double vanity also took 5 min to drain so it needs a good flush to drain properly. Overall, the location was awesome and the place was clean. Just needs a few upgrades before we would come back.

Summary: Our family of 4 loved our stay at C Ranch South. The home was clean, bright, and uncluttered. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The house is super close to the beach - less than a one-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Thank you for letting us stay at your place - it was great! We'd do it again. One suggestion is to have the people who clean check the knives for cleanliness. Every knife we pulled out to use was so gross...something that would be easily overlooked and not a deal breaker. We had a great time!
