Positive: Beautiful cottage and lovely, peaceful surroundings.
Negative: Just that the directions were not totally clear on the app and the extra charge for leaving refuse seemed a bit odd. But still a wonderful stay and certainly would not be put off by it.
Summary: Beautiful cottage in stunning location. Perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Positive: It was a nice property and in very private location, sadly itโ€™s not have the comfort to match
Negative: The property is in three separate levels, hence there are many stairs, with the bedroom on the top and the a couple of steps to the kitchen, it may not be suitable for some people with mobility issue. When we arrived, the towels were damp and when we contacted the agent, we were told to put them in the dryer, which we did although we were so tired and my husband has Parkinsonโ€™s so he was really struggling! The dryer wasnโ€™t working then we were told to put the heating on and dry them on the radiator!! A poor service.. although the owner eventually responded and said she has arranged for the agent bring over some fresh towels the next day. The towels were very old and thin and one even has a hole in it! The owner has hopefully taken notes of our recommendations to replace these old towels with new ones for future guests. Although the owner agreed to compensate us with a refund, despite chasing, we have not heard back.
Summary: A disappointing stay as it didnโ€™t provide the comfort we had hope for, the linen were also old and has a stain on it. It

Negative: Towels very old , induction hob didnโ€™t work & yes followed instructions Beds not comfortable, In hot weather too hot , no blinds on roof windows , used fan but not adequate. Not told about code for leaving spent 20 mins trying code in manual
