Positive: The Sweet Retreat was a proper gem of a find and so glad the place I was looking to book wasn't available. Such a cool little place which has been done out to a very high standard. It's perfectly located in the centre of town with on street parking right outside or just down the road within a few car lengths. Great little kitchen with everything you'd need, lovely comfy beds, great shower. All in all, wonderful, we had such a lovely relaxing time. We can't recommend the Sweet Retreat highly enough. Oh, you need to pop into the SuperValue supermarket which is just round the corner (which is a rather upmarket place) and try some of the local Atlantic king of which are huge and gorgeous and the local scallops, again, big a gorgeous 👌

Negative: There wasn't anything to not like, it was all A1, 5⭐

Positive: Beautifully clean amazing location equipped with all essentials. Lovely comfortable beds Lovely warm shower. Lovely warm bedlinen.

Negative: The only downside we found was that anyone with mobility issues there are a lot of stairs to climb. Please bear that in mind when booking. Bathroom on second floor with set of steep steps to get to it for upstairs bedrooms not ideal for someone with mobility issues I did not see this mentioned on booking.com site 😀 it should be highlighted for travellers.
