Positive: It was very roomy and had good heating. And the area was very safe.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like really. Although a vacuum under all the beds would be good. We came across rubbish from another guest under one of the beds when we checking for our things before we left.
Summary: It was a pleasant stay and we would book it again if we were in Victoria.

Positive: I like the location. The house was big and spacious.
Negative: I didn't appreciate that bookings.com shows that there are four fully equipped bedrooms however when we spoke with property manager it was advised no there floor mattress in 4 th room and there is no sofa beds they provided inflatable mattress. The property was not clean and even the bedroom sheets and blackest and towels were rundown I think the property manager can at least replace the pillows in all rooms these are not suitable at all. The property is not well cleaned. I had to spend my time for a cleaner to come and clean a bit of an inconvenience when I previously requested this from property manager. To some extent the ad can be amended on bookings.com to reflect yh actual setting in the house. Fridge was dirty ants were all around the house.

Positive: The property was in a convenient location close to shops with a nice view overlooking a little lake from the balcony. Air-conditioning for every room was great and the beds were all comfy. The main was bedroom was upstairs near kitchen/lounge, and the other 2 bedrooms were downstairs.
Negative: A few more kitchen utensils and a dustpan/broom would of been good.

Positive: Plenty of space for family of 4 with 2 infants. Well cleaned and available all the necessities required. Had a good lake view and it is very relaxing place.
