Summary: This house was fantastic and was perfect for our group of 8. Would have still been great with up to 12 I believe. But the layout allowed all 4 couples to be comfortable and have space. An easy walk to Palm beach area as well. AC’s blew cold air which was refreshing and the backyard pool area was excellent. We look forward to rebooking this home in the future.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at Summer Sun Villa. The house layout is perfect for large groups. The location is great, 5min walk to the beach or the downtown area. House was clean and well stocked with all the basics. Definitely an easy recommendation.

Summary: This house was perfect for our group. Two families, each with a 19 yr old and 16 yr old for total of 8. Location is great with short walk to shopping/restaurant/beach area. We enjoyed the outdoor space when we were home. Rob and Nadine were quick to respond to any questions/issues that we had.

Summary: We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids! The location is amazing and you can easily walk to the Palm beach strip for dinner! We will certainly be booking this again! Rob and Nadine were so helpful leading up to our to too! Always so responsive and answered all my questions! The house was poorest while there so we didn’t need them for anything during our stay! We can’t wait to go back!
