Positive: I like that they were a pool right infront of our room. However since the bar there was open we went swimming 🏊‍♂️ in the other pool by the restaurant
Negative: I didn't like that the door to the refrigerator was close off from and few bugs were in and on the bed. More over I was being changed almost $100 more because of a miscalculation. I find that very inattentive and reckless for someone that handles people's booking

Positive: The room was so spacious yet cozy. The jacuzzi was definitely a selling point. The staff was courteous and made the time extra special when they facilitated the decorating of the room for a birthday celebration. The food was simply delicious and so flavorful. I was really amazed.
Negative: Although it was no fault of the resort, while driving there, the road to the resort was quite muddy and slippery due to recent infrastructure. But once we got there, it was all good.

Positive: My only issue was that no Aircon had been put on in the room prior to our arrival, even half an hour before would have taken the heat down a little. When we arrived we were already warm but the room was like a sauna. We would have loved to chill out and enjoy our room however we could only drop our bags and leave as it was far too hot to stay. There was also pictures of hammocks on the booking advert however these were not in the room which was disappointing. All that said.. The property was beautiful, stunning grounds and felt private and peaceful. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed some drinks while cooling off. The two pools offers great choice for peacefulness and plenty of seating. Would definitely come back for another stay and possibly a massage next time too.

Positive: The grounds are beautiful, and there is so much wildlife. The rooms are well appointed, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night, but we did some walking trails, and sat by the river. We saw and heard the howler monkeys, toucans, many other birds and even a Coati. Unfortunately we didn’t arrive in time to use the canoes, but I can imagine that would be great. The food in the restaurant was great, and there were a variety of dishes that should suit most people.
Negative: There could be some chairs by the river. Also real milk to put in the self serve coffee.
Summary: A wonderful hotel nestled in a beautiful location
