Positive: The location was great for our family. It was very convenient for us with the grocery stores, and restaurants nearby! The community/resort was very nice and inviting and had a lovely family and community atmosphere/environment. The care and maintenance of the community was outstanding!
Negative: We enjoyed every aspect of our villa and community. We will definitely return if possible.
Summary: We had a wonderful vacation at the villa resort thanks to the outstanding accommodations!

Negative: Pool wasn't heated, Ran out of tissue a few hours after arriving in one of the bathrooms. Had to go buy tissue. Game room look more like a storage room.

Positive: I loved the fact that they had a car seat, and high chair for my 1 1/2 year old toddler. I also loved the alarm feature for the pool. Plenty of towels was also a plus and everything we needed to cook breakfast. Inside was very clean and very spacious.
Negative: There were a lot of spider webs outside on the pool deck. There was a chair swing and it was full of webs. Also to get to the hose spider webs. Also moldy handle for the sliding glass door. Could be cleaned with bleach to remove that black mold and mildew. The television in the girls twin bed room didn’t work and the microwave is probably in need of replacing at this point. It takes about 30 seconds for it to start working and you have to listen to a sound that tells you it’s finally heating. Minor issues but big impact on stay.

Positive: House was clean and updated. Nice víla. Gameroom and pool was also great.
Negative: The alarm for the pool door was way too loud, plus the 5 second limit for the sliding door to open and close was terrible. It was really hard to enjoy and be comfortable the place. I would not rent that same house just bc of that alarm there has to be a better alternative for child safety. If im paying that price for stay, having to remember to press a button before everytime i open door is not fun.
