Positive: The stuff is friendly, good restaurants that are not too over the top but have great quality of the food. Nice that there are places on the beach that allow you to do different activities such as surfing.
Negative: The check in experience was a bit frustrating as the hotel stuff told me they didn't get the booking information about my stay. That might've been because I booked it right before coming there but I think they should've been able to see this information immediately. In the end, I had to contact customer support of booking who helped to resolve the issue by contacting them on my behalf.

Positive: The overall condition of the resort is exceptional. The night lighting of the resort is very nice. Everyone at the resort is extremely friendly. It's nice that most of the employees speak some English.
Negative: Not a big fan of the showers. For one, the weather stripping was on incorrectly and the water spilled out of the shower into the main bathroom and the hallway. Secondly, the divert from the hand held shower to the rain overhead shower nozzle did not work.
