Positive: Facilities were fantastic, only comments was the room that was allocated to us was full of mosquitoes. End up getting rid of them before sleep.

Positive: The rooms are beautiful and the location is amazing. Staff was just as amazing as well!
Negative: The rooms have problems. Not just ours but also all of our friends. Showers leak into bathroom and toilet area, TVs are out dated and don’t connect to wifi to be able to stream from phones.
Summary: Great overal experience even with the room issues. The staff and unlimited food and drinks make it worth it.

Positive: The staff was friendly. Our TV did not work when we got there and they replaced it very quickly. The room was very clean. The property was gorgeous.
Negative: They try to pitch their timeshare meeting. We had issues getting there with United due to mechanical issues with the plane, so we missed a whole day and night there (with no refund). That's not the resorts fault but for them to keep pushing us to attend that meeting was annoying when we wanted to just enjoy the rest of our family vacation together. I had upgraded our room a few days before the trip because it showed a sitting area with a couch, however, all we had was a chair and office chair. I also did not have the crib I had requested but at that time we didn't want to go through any more hassle.

Positive: Very welcoming and made us feel at home. They clean your room every day and when i mean clean, i mean changing bed sheets, sweeping and mopping your room!! It was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and great. The entertainment on the property was outstanding.
Negative: The only thing I’d say wasn’t the greatest but wasn’t horrible was the lack of choices at the restaurants.
