The house has a rooftop terrace and a garden with garden furniture where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue in the summer. Children can have fun on the playground.

Summary: erg fijne plek waar we met onze twee zonen van 15 en 16 een heerlijk lang weekeinde zijn geweest. een prachtig huis meegebouwd met de heuvel (4 ruimtes met steeds 3 treetjes hoogte verschil er tussen). het huis staat vol in de natuur- het gras waar het huis op staat loopt zo over in het glooiende land. veel glas aan weerskanten waardoor het heel licht was. Bij mooi weer zet je alles open waardoor je een maximaal buitengevoel krijgt. met als plus het zwembad (in pricinpe gedeeld met de verhuurder- maar die hebben we niet bij het zwembad gezien wanneer wij er waren)

Summary: Het huis was niet proper. Er is duidelijk al maanden niet grondig gepoetst. Er hangen overal spinnenwebben. De ramen zijn al maanden niet gepoetst. Er is een geweldig uitzicht maar geen meubilair buiten om daarvan te genieten en door de vuile ramen wordt je aandacht afgeleid. De WiFi heeft 2 dagen niet gewerkt. Er is geen warm water, we kunnen ons niet douchen. De eigenares kan ons niet vertellen wanneer het warm water terug zal werken, Dit is geen goede vakantiebestemming. We hebben teveel geld betaald voor dit huis, heel spijtig want we keken ernaar uit.

Summary: Mooi huisje in een rustige omgeving. Claudine heeft ons hartelijk ontvangen, we voelden ons meteen welkom! Het huisje was niet kraaknet en omdat er nergens vliegenramen zijn, zaten er best veel insecten (motten, muggen, spinnen, vliegen) binnen. Algemeen heeft het huis een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. De huiskat Neige was voor onze twee dochters een groot pluspunt, ze hebben uren met hem gespeeld 😊 Het binnenzwembad was een mooie meerwaarde, zeker omdat het weer niet geweldig was. We hebben een aangenaam rustige vakantie gehad.

Summary: Het gebouw is binnen en buiten aan een grondige opknapbeurt toe. Ook de toegang naar het zwembad en het gebouw is verwaarloosd. Mijn vrouw en kinderen waren voor sommige zaken zelfs vies van. De staat van het huis en omgeving komt totaal niet overeen met de foto's op de website. Belvilla moet eens dringend zelf gaan controleren, eigenlijk zou ik de helft van huurbedrag moeten terugvorderen. Het pluspunt is vriendelijk ontvangst en gastvrijheid van eigenares.

Summary: Beste mensen, Indien je op zoek bent naar rust in een prachtige omgeving kan je hier rustig halt houden. Een uitstekend verzorgde groene woning in een oase van rust, een tuin zo goot dat je het einde ervan niet met het blote oog kan vastleggen. Samen met mijn dochters van 18 en 16 jaar konden we er 4 dagen genieten in deze ruime lichtrijke woning. Supermarkt op 3 kilometer, kleine spar op 1,5km De dame van het huis is ontzettend vriendelijk en spreekt perfect Nederlands wat ook mooi meegenomen is Het zwembad aan het huis geeft natuurlijk een meerwaarde maar het was vooral de prachtige omgeving die onze mond deed openvallen. We maakten er prachtige wandelingen waarbij we zelden een auto tegenkwamen. De ruïnes van de abdij van Villers deden ons stil worden, wondermooi. Waterloo ligt net als Brussel op korte afstand en hoewel Ittre zeer rustig gelegen is kan je er in de dichte omgeving enorm veel bezoeken. Onder meer het avonturen park te Wavre is een uitdaging waar jong en oud aan hun trekken kwamen. Het was een korte vakantie maar 'eentje' om niet te vergeten. Wij komen er zeker nog terug!!!!

Summary: Huisje was goed, let wel op voor de volgende gasten dat het even zoeken is. Het is namelijk op nr 9 en niet op nr 11. Huisje was verder prima. Er waren een paar plekken niet zo schoon en sommige dingen werkten niet zo goed, maar deze werden adequaat door de beheerster opgepakt.

Summary: Door de link in de mail van Belvilla, kwamen op een andere plek uit. Via het adres met Google maps het uiteindelijk gevonden. Maar wat rondtoeren in de omgeving is niet verkeerd, je rijdt er echt tussen de maïsvelden en boerderijen. Prachtig! We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse van de woning. Ze heeft ons de woning en het zwembad laten zien. Er wachtte de kinderen wel een onaangename verrassing, de trampoline en schommels op de foto's te zien waren niet aanwezig. Ook was de WiFi aan banden want de eigenaresse had niet veel bundel meer over. Ook deed ze alle stroom in haar huis uit als ze een dagje wegging of als ze naar bed ging waardoor wij dan helemaal geen WiFi meer hadden. Maar ook geen heet water vroeg op de ochtend, voordat zij wakker was want ook de ketel ging van t stroom. Gelukkig is ze een ochtendmens ;-)

Summary: We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door Claudine die ons snel en accuraat door het huis heeft rondgeleid en het zwembad heeft laten zien. Tips voor bezienswaardigheden had ze genoeg. Het is een ruim en lichte woning, de ligging heerlijk rustig.

Summary: Aankomst prima, hartelijke mevrouw, heel goed Nederlands sprekend. Bedden opgemaakt, alles was schoon en werkte. Heel leuk en heel warm zwembad. Prachtige ligging en leuke dorpen en markten erom heen. Voor ons was het hellend vlak van ronquieres iets heel bijzonders. Wij gaan zeker volgend jaar weer. Erg prettig zou n was/droogcombinatie zijn.
