Being a single-level home, no one will have trouble accessing all rooms in the home, and the layout is great for entertaining with a seamless flow from the kitchen, dining area, and living room! Speaking of the kitchen, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the major appliances, cookware, and utensils needed to prepare favorite recipes. Don't forget to slip out of your swimsuit or golf clothes each day and take advantage of the private washer and dryer! Sleeping everyone comfortably is easy in the themed bunk rooms; and the main suite, with a luxurious soaker tub, is the perfect space for parents to find peace, quiet, and inspiration.
Enjoy exclusive access passes to Ideal Beach Resort, located just down the road. You'll have gated beach access to Bear Lake with sailboat, motorboat, fishing boat, paddle boat, canoe, and raft rentals available (during summer months only). There are outdoor pools (seasonal), a children’s pool, miniature golf, pickleball and tennis courts, sauna & hot tub (open year-round), playground area, and grilling areas on site. Enjoy family BBQs on the lawn in addition to various resort activities.

Summary: We love Bear Lake and loved staying at this cabin/home! Enjoyed Pickleville play and dinner! And the Ideal Beach has many fun things to do! Overall this Cabin/home was just perfect for us!

Summary: Beautiful view, nice home for a modular, big kitchen, good location. Dryer squeeled, ice dispenser didn't work but we still enjoyed our stay. Would probably stay there again.

Summary: We stayed here over the long 4th of July weekend. The home was beautiful and had amazing views. Ifyou stay in the summer, be prepared for the house to get pretty warm. The temp got up to 80 outside and that’s about how hot it got in the house. There was portable AC units and we plugged in every single one, it cooled down at night luckily. Also, I would recommend they get black out curtains since it stays light out so late (especially if you have little’s that go to bed early). We appreciated all the kids books and games and all the kitchen appliances and cookware. We had a lovely time!

Summary: What an awesome view of the lake! Loved the layout of the house. We had an issue with the water heater dying, plumber ended up needing to replace it, so the rental company let us use a bigger, newer place in the same neighborhood for the last night of our stay. They were great to work with. I really want to stay here again!

Summary: This felt like a new rental. It was very clean and nicely set up. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our time there. The master bed was superb and we are thinking of getting that kind now. The view is wonderful and it would be nice to have an outdoor eating area on the deck. I loved the gas stove, but one of the front burners would not adjust and only ran on high. Although it is set up with beds for a large group, I would not take my family there, yet. Some suggestions: get a real kitchen garbage can with a lid, maybe even 2. Add additional cookware; what is there is insufficient for large groups. Add safety handles in the showers. A drying rack would be helpful for dishes, especially if cleaning up for large groups. The wifi was too slow to get through a movie without freezing repeatedly. There are no drawers for belongings. If I'm planning on staying somewhere more than 2 nights I like to unpack. The master bath could use some hooks. Bonus additions: real wine glasses and a Kurig.

Summary: We stayed in November 2022. This home is perfect sized for couples and small families. It was such a cute, comfortable home with a great view of Bear Lake. Nicely decorated, very cozy and clean. The pantry was pretty well stocked, plenty of pots and pans, coffee maker, slow cooker, blender, lots of cooking vessels. The bed in the master was very comfortable. It was a great place to chill out relax and enjoy. The only negative is the front entry. We stayed in November and there was snow and ice. This won't apply to summer renters. On the plus side, the entry was cleared when we arrived and there is a shovel right by the front entry. But the downside, the front entry isn't covered, it doesn't get much, if any, sun during November, and with the cold temperatures, it gets very icy and slick. We were just very careful. We would definitely stay there again, right sized, comfortable, cute place with a great view.

Summary: We enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely little home on the hill overlooking Bear Lake. It is a new home, ranch style. We found everything clean and well-stocked. I wouldn't hesitate to book this home again. One suggestion: the stairs up to the home need one more step at the bottom. My husband moved a small railroad tie there for our duration which worked well. He put it back when we left.
