Our charming apartment is located in the heart of a listed garden settlement in the Dresden-Gruna district, which was designed by the German architect Hans Erlwein and built in 1923. It offers space for two to four people and is characterized above all by its quiet and green surroundings in the middle of a middle-class residential area and with its immediate proximity to the city center with all its sights is conveniently connected to the public transport network with trams and buses. So there are only a few tram stops to the city center, the Dresden large recreational park 'Großer Garten' can be reached on foot in a very short time, as well as the picturesque cycling and hiking trail along the Elbe by bus to the 'Blaue Wunder' in less than 10 minutes. Numerous shops (bakeries, drugstores, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, post offices) can be found in the vicinity. If you want to travel by car, there are public parking spaces in front of the house to park your vehicle free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the two-story house.
It is nicely furnished, neat and bright. The apartment is one of two apartments in the house.
The bedroom has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) with two bedside tables and reading lamps, a dressing table and a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers. If required, an iron and an ironing board are available on request. 2 More guests find space on the sofa bed. We provide bed linen.
In the living area you will find an LCD TV with TV reception, and WiFi, as well as a comfortable sofa bed, which you can optionally have two more beds. B. for children. If required, we can provide a baby bed with mattress and a high chair. We kindly ask you to bring baby bed linen.
