Positive: Very clean and with great amenities, fantastic shower, comfortable. Staff was accommodating to keeping our bikes inside the luggage store overnight. The restaurant was lovely, with a cool robot carrying dishes from the kitchen, and the views of the lake amazing. Great location to spend the day in.
Negative: For those riding a bike, it really is hard to get here, you need to navigate through heavy traffic made only for motor traffic! But it was worth it.
Summary: Great stay, great hotel at very reasonable prices.

Negative: It is all operated by doing everything online .. even when you arrive there is a human there but you have to self checkin and your cards come out of the machine . There is no telephone in your room these are located in the corridors It doesn’t have anywhere comfortable and cozy to sit .. I don’t think they make the most of the outside overlooking the lake . It’s not somewhere I would visit again .

Positive: The accommodation was fantastic, the vibes were great, restuarant lovely to sit in.
Negative: The heater in the radiator needs to be turned off especially in this weather 😭 on tuesday morning we also awoke to loud banging music at 7am from right beside our room which wasn't great.

Positive: Unfortunately we liked very little about it. We previously stayed here before it changed its name and branding and so we decided to go back. But will not be returning again following the changes.
Negative: On arrival they have automated / computer check in. Which didn’t work even with assistance of a staff member as the booking.com number wasn’t recognised and the computer wanted a different number. Ridiculous that staff have to “man” the check in computer but can’t just be welcoming and greet you like a normal hotel. The outside area smelt of sewage when we sat to have afternoon drinks. The restaurant menu has changed and is very minimal. More “bar like” food rather than a restaurant. There was a lot of noise disturbance in the room above which sounded like furniture was being moved. This continued until 2am! No hotel phone to contact reception, so I was trying to call on my mobile but apparently the phone is only manned 9-5 in the office. One of the guests in my party is heavily pregnant, and not being able to get to sleep until 2am but also not being able to get a member of hotel staff to help was ridiculous. And yes - we used ear plugs etc but it didn’t help. It was LOUD. Maybe a party? One 3/4 full toilet roll between two people. No spares. A very big waste of money where we had hoped for a lovely catch up weekend between friends.
