Enjoy Hill Country at its finest only 30 minutes from Downtown Austin at this family friendly property with an amazing pool. Fully fenced backyard has a fire pit, propane grill, dining table and lounge chairs. Inside there are 4 bedrooms, two full baths plus one half-bath, and an open floor plan perfect for up to 8 guests and up to 2 dogs! Yes pet friendly, there is an extra cleaning fee $50 per dog. This property is close to wedding venues, breweries, distilleries, wineries, restaurants & more!
Interior has designer furnishings, luxurious linens, cozy living room with Smart TV, formal dining room, and spacious kitchen with coffee bar. *Coffee bar* has unlimited assorted coffee plus cream and sugar.
This 2032 SQFT home was recently renovated and is the perfect place for a little rest and relaxation! Light and bright, there is comfy living room seating and a large Smart TV, a formal dining table, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast table and views of the pool and surrounding trees. Great for families and groups with kids.
Master suite has a king bed with reading nook, spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub plus walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, and the front bedroom has a twin daybed with twin trundle.

Less than 1 mile to Chapel Dulcinea, and only 2 miles to Salt Lick BBQ and Fall Creek Winery! Easy drive to Downtown Austin, Fredericksburg, New Braunfels, and even San Antonio. Only a 10-15 minute drive to variety of restaurants and many wedding venues.
FYI Uber/car service is unreliable in the area.
Please note our awesome pool is not heated and we can’t make any guarantees about the temperature of the pool water at any time of year. We provide pool towels.
We do not allow pets, parties, or smoking. No non-guests/visitors allowed.

Summary: Six adult women stayed here for our annual girls' weekend. The home was clean, and had everything that we wanted when looking for a location for our trip. We were pleasantly surprised that the house was stocked with a few of the things that we had forgotten to bring (paper towel, cooking oil, coffee creamer). It is very important to read the "house rules" that the owners asked us to read and left for us on the kitchen counter. The rules are reasonable, but if I wasn't made aware that no one is allowed to sleep on the couch, it probably would have happened. The owners were quick to respond throughout the reservation and check-in process. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, look no further! This is the perfect place!

Summary: The house was just as advertised. We had a great stay and enjoyed the pool in the heat of the afternoon! for nature lovers, there are lots of deer to watch in the neighborhood. Excellent location close to Driftwood, Dripping Springs, and Austin.

Summary: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood where homes are separated enough to feel yours is all alone. Even separated enough that deer come wandering by. The house is designed so the 3 bedrooms are separated well with the living room, dining room and kitchen being central. Towels for the house and pool were plentiful and all the listed amenities were provided. The best thing of all was the pool which was the focus of the 7 of us to spend time in. It’s partially in shade in the afternoon which helped from getting scorched by the sun. The owners were very responsive to our questions and offered suggestions for places to eat and shop. All in all this home was a delightful place to stay and we recommend it to others.
