Positive: Womderful cosy apartment in a charming old farmhouse in the middle of green pastures and a winding romantic river by the doorstep, truly amazing! The hosts wäre so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the superbe breakfast, don‘t miss out!

Negative: One may find unfavourable that the road that runs by the house is quite narrow so you must be aware of cars speeding along

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much, hope to come back sometime!

Positive: This is a wonderful, quiet location in the Dutch countryside. It is ideal for couples or families with children on a self-driving holiday. There are also bikes and a canoe available to rent (we didn't use these during our stay). It was very restful and comfortable. We enjoyed very much looking out over the fields (with cows peacefully grazing) in the mornings. The farm animals also contributed to the feeling of "unplugging" from our busy lives and we enjoyed visiting with them.

Negative: Next time, I would be more specific about when I would like to use the kitchen since it is shared with the owners. I felt uncomfortable just walking into the kitchen to wash our dishes whenever I needed to (although the host assured me this was absolutely fine). We are accustomed to being entirely self-contained so sharing the kitchen would take some adjustment. The host was absolutely lovely and welcoming though - the hesitation was entirely on our side. We were made to feel very welcome.

Summary: A delightful, comfortable and rejuvenating holiday accommodation in the beautiful Dutch countryside.
