Positive: Hotel was exceptional in room, food, Breakfast very good, They had Happy Hour with 3 free drinks and plenty of very good food. The staff was genuinely friendly and smiled at your AND each other . Very Respectful.

Positive: It was late when we arrived but despite this we were greeted by Mashel’s warm and kind smile. It has been well over a decade since I’ve had a service agent go above and beyond to help us check in, make sure the accommodations worked, and let us know everything about the hotel and what was included in the room rate. It wasn’t forced or contrived. She was just genuinely a kind person who cared about other people. This isn’t something that can be taught or trained. She is an incredible asset to this location.

Positive: I was surprised to find that Dinner and Breakfast were included. Dinner even included 3 free drinks.
Negative: The only problem I had was with the way the beds were made up: With the bedding being all white and tucked in tightly on all sides, It looked like there was no bedding at all. I returned to the desk and reported my room had not been made-up. The clerk generously assigned me a new room, but when I opened the door to the new room, I saw the same vision. I returned to my original room and pulled down the pillows to reveal fresh white bedding. I stayed in the original room and it was very comfortable.
Summary: A very pleasant Hotel, I'd stay there again.

Negative: NOISE. It seems the walls are paper thin. One night the man next to me made conference calls loudly for hours. Another night it was a guy vomiting and moaning.

Positive: Every staffs are very nice. The room is very nice and clean
Negative: The only complaint is room services. They only redo the bed and change towels, they didn’t do any cleaning at all. We have been staging there since 10/31 till now, the room service has never clean our toilet bowl or the restroom floor. The floor has our hairs that we have to clean it ourselves. Plan to buy one cleaning wand there next time. lol PS. WE DO PUT $10 tip every time
