Summary: Clean, modern motel. Good rate. They have a nice pool, but it was too cold to swim in. The pool heater was broke. Breakfast was basically waffels and a few other things. If you don't care about the pool, than it woulde be a good stay for a good price.

Summary: Don't ever put someone in room 102 when trash day is the day and they come before 6a.m.! That is just rude. It is very hard to understand your staff.

Summary: Should put on website pool is not available. Hotel smelled musty. Very limited breakfast. 2nd time staying here won't again

Summary: Amenities- see previous comment regarding needing to get 4 new sets of keys, poor food. They ran out of bath towels, could only get pool towels to shower

Summary: clean room. Hotel is painting and updating the rooms and lobby. Disappointed the pool had no water in it. That was the main reason we stayed there.

Summary: Staff was very friendly. Our rooms bath was recently painted and the bathroom was not cleaned, tape and covers still in the tub. Alerted the front desk. She said she would let her manager know. Otherwise everything was fine.

Summary: The room was clean but seemed crowded with furniture. The room itself looked unfinished. The corner area where the fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron and hair dryer were stacked looked like an afterthought and unfinished. The entry to the room was very narrow and long. The access area around the bed was tight. If a person was sitting at the end of the bed the other person could not easily pass. I would not want to stay in this room next time I visit Dubuque.

Summary: Something possibly inside of the lights when first entering room. Killed about 5 flies in the room that kept showing up near that particular light. Wasn’t staying in room long so didn’t ask for change but had a battle with some flies

Summary: The room was clean and elevators were operational which was a plus. There wasn't any water for sale in the vending area. The coffee area did not have artificial sweetners available. The bed was comfy and the TV was big! Not a bad place to stay. Under renovations, which isn't bad, but if you are looking for a place with a pool, I would wait as it is being remodeled at this time.
