Negative: The only comment I had was with the temperature of the shower water. The temperature was set extremely high, and if you were to turn it off in the wrong direction, you would be scolded.

Positive: We stayed in the annex which was on ground level. The room was very very modern(recently renovated?). The location was within short walking distance of eat street and harbour area. Staff was very very helpful. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job.
Negative: A little stuffy without a window. The beds were small/short. All minor issues though.

Positive: Great location..far enough out of the center of Charlottetown but close enough to walk for dinner and shopping. Great location. Staff were welcoming, efficient and very friendly!! I have stayed at two other locations in Charlottetown and this is where I will stay again.
Negative: I don’t think anything.
Summary: Really excellent property. Highly recommend this location.

Negative: Was not an Inn experience. Room I had was not even in the main house. Instead it was like a motel set up.
Summary: If looking to stay in an old inn type home ask to be in the main house as other rooms are not good.

Positive: There was coffee and tea. I don't remember any breakfast. The room was better than expected. Given that it was in the annex I wasn't sure what to expect. It was clean, with lots of storage. The bathroom was nice and clean with heated ceramic tile floors.
Negative: It could have been less expensive, but all hotels are more expensive now.
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown.
