Summary: The room was very clean and spacious with great amenities (ie fridge, sink, coffee) but the walls were pretty, which made it difficult to sleep in because we could hear a lot from the other rooms. Also, the bar downstairs is very active and was packed, so it’s good for party-goers.

Summary: Clean and comfortable room, great location by the beach. It is right next to the Sea Grape, so expect some noise, but it wasn't too bad.

Summary: From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours.

Summary: Excellent location with easy parking. Extremely clean and well stocked room. The bed and sitting area we're both super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.
