This apartment is bright and warm, quiet and very well appointed with good comfort.
Tastefully decorated, while it feels immediately at home, at home.
At the first level there is a living room / kitchen with open access to a small balcony sea view very convenient for smokers because I strongly thank each to refrain from smoking inside.
The second a large master bedroom equipped with a bed in 140x190 with its own bathroom, and views of the sea.

Summary: Love this place and love the town of Granville. Great location as walking distance to all shops you could ask for. If you want to eat out then there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Great views of the harbour and all the fishing boats coming and going. Good kitchen if you want to cook and all the basics for a comfortable stay whatever the time of year. Patrick was a very good genial host. You must vist Granville for the seafood if nothing else.
