Positive: Beautiful fresh 2-floor apartment. Everything was feeling new, cleaned and prepared. No outdated facilities, everything is like in a good hotel or even better. Huge windows with the beautiful rural views, no other buildings in front of it. Really enjoyed my stay.
Negative: The bathroom door is hard to move to be closed or opened, some good force should be applied.
Summary: Wonderful apartment to stay and spend nights or days. Beautiful views, amazing layout, comfy bed.

Positive: The appartment was outside the city centre, just 10 min walk to the Metro station Machato, which has 2 lines 3 & 9 taking you either to city centre or line 3 to Valencia airport. It is a nightmare to drive in the city and parking is very expensive, so the free parking at the appartment is a bonus. Behind the appartment tower there is a shopping mall with cafes, a bar and an Italian restaurant "Tagliatelle '. However, just 8 min walk the is a Lidl supermarket and numerous restaurants. 12min walk you have Aldi. The appartment was very clean with basic kitchenware . The TV has Netflix. The host, Pablo gave clear instructions how to get there, park the car, if you're driving, and how to get to and enter the appartment. He also kept checking if everything was ok using Whatsapp, which is excellent since not everybody who arrives in Spain has use of international mobile calls. Overall, it is an ideal place to stay if you wish to spend time visiting Valencia, We did not use the car because the combination of the Metro, Tram and buses makes it so easy to visit all of Valencia and so cheap as well (3 day pass 'Suma T3' pass was only €6,70, these prices are reduced until July 2024).
Negative: Sliding toilet door a bit hard to open and close. Lack of tea towels to dry cookware after washing up.

Positive: The owner proactively explained everything about how to check in and where to park. The private parking was very convenient. The apartment was comfortably warm in late December. It is quiet despite the busy street nearby - sound isolation worked great. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are grocery stores and supermarkets very close by. Our favourite feature was the large window with the view.
Negative: The bathroom doors were a bit difficult to slide open.
