Negative: There was no condiments in the kitchen, there was no cleaning stuff apart from washing up liquid.

Positive: Very good location, lot of good restaurants near by. Smooth communication with owner. The kitchen is small, but ok for a short stay. Very big, nice terrace. It's not noisy considering the location.
Negative: Stairs are a bit narrow, and I would not recommend this flat for a family with small kids. But ok for us.l

Positive: Great location, everything in walking distance. Nice view from terrace. Easy communication with host. Elevator.
Negative: It was noisy outside in Sunday, but on weekdays it’s ok. It was hard for us to open door to terrace, we was afraid that we could easily break it. Not enough cleaning supplies in kitchen (cloth, towels)

Positive: Location central, roof terrace was nice to relax in.
Negative: Noise in living room (sofa bed) while bed was fine it was the single glazed glass to street that faced a night club open till 3am with outside seats. Was like club in room. So much so that the 2nd night of my stay I stayed out last as I would not sleep anyway till after 3am.
Summary: Location was great, the neg reviews re cleaning almost put me off. Glad I didn’t cancel as cleaning was not an issue. Th

Positive: Apartament: Cozy and with everything you need (and if anything is missing, you can ask the manager and he will bring it to you) Location: Basically in the city center and also close to the Beach (only 1 Km) No noise in the bedroom (Even on weekends) once you close the windows
Negative: Sleeping in the living room during weekends can be challenging, a lot of "movida" noises. (This is because the living room is downstairs and the window is facing the street)
