Positive: We had an outstanding stay. The service from Chris was exceptional from check-in to check-out, he went above and beyond to ensure comfort. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. Overall, Durham Riverside Apartment exceeded my expectations in every way, and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Positive: Fantastic location - close to everything and yet very peaceful and quiet. Great to watch rowers, swans and ducks from the balcony. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Everything you might need just like a home from home.

Negative: Hard to think of anything as it was so lovely. Only one thing we would have liked a choice of pillows as we prefer firmer ones.

Positive: The apartment was amazing. Beautifully decorated with anlot of thought gonenin to provide everything you needed. The welcome package was brilliant. Milk, bread, croissants, individual jam pots and real butter, plus a bottle of wine on arrival! Netflix available for when you're not out and private parking garage. Also there's a deck outside looking over the river. Cant say enough!

Positive: A beautiful apartment in a fabulous location overlooking the river. Perfect for visiting the university or to use as a base for exploring further afield. Loved all of the little touches - the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise and we were glad of the free Netflix when the weather turned.
