Summary: Great breakfast, friendly staff but poor house keeping and maintenance of the property of this standard. Despite flagging out to duty manager of issues encountered no attention is given to rectify. Fully consumed beers were capped and return to the fridge, mineral water already opened was placed back inside the fridge. Disappointing stay.

Summary: This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Calling it 5 star seems an understatement. The staff is phenomenal, especially Mr White. The room, the breakfast, the views, are all fantastic. Highly recommend a stay here if you have the chance

Summary: Great view over Lumphini Park and great location. Very friendly staff. Most beautiful room we’ve ever stayed in. Only complaints is that we heard some road noise as it is a busy highway right next to the hotel. We also had some problems with a noisy air condition unit. Recommend the 1970 bar for a drink or two and the gym area/infinity pool.

Summary: It’s an amazing hotel with lots of thoughtfulness into design and architecture. Room is amazing, staff is just delightful. Have only good things to say about the hotel and will definitely come back!

Summary: You won’t find better!! My whole experience from booking to checking out was incredible, the staff on the reservation line to those that greeted you when you arrive to check in, to housekeeping, every member of staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, caring, I could go on but I know that when I return to Bangkok I will never stay anywhere else! I have found my new home in Bangkok :) thank you to everyone at Bangkok Dusit Thani for looking after me during my very short stay. See you soon

Summary: This is one of the best hotel in Bangkok. Great service by all the staffs. Very clean and well maintained property. Luxurious room. Great fantastic view. Quiet and peaceful.

Summary: I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one! Everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality options. I especially loved that they served fresh coconut—it was such a nice touch. We stayed in a room with an incredible view, and I highly recommend booking a corner room if possible. The views are absolutely stunning. The bed was very comfortable, and the service, facilities, the pool area and overall standard exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our stay in Bangkok so memorable. It is rare to leave a hotel feeling that every penny was well spent, but this was definitely one of those experiences. We will certainly look for this hotel chain in other countries. Thank you again!
