Summary: The hotel staff made the stay memorable, mostly with a fantastic room with a Burj Khalifa view and a generally high quality. The hotel is in good shape, but feels overdue for a touchup as many parts feel a bit dates while still in good condition.

Summary: The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious and the servers were genuinely kind. When I needed EMT to give me and ECG due to a panic attack, the hotel was quick to provide with no extra charge. We were given late check out at 3pm. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations of what a great hotel should be.

Summary: Very satisfied with our stay. Staff are polite, attentive, they made us feel special. I also would like to thank Qaiser (Shuttle Driver) he's super nice and safe driver.
