Summary: I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2004 at least 10 times a year until 2020 have been visiting at least twice a year amazing such a clean Hotel and Stafford extremely friendly highly recommended perfect position for access to trains to get about easy, all stuff very very friendly got to stay Keith on the horizon floor went the extra mile as always looking forward to coming back next month

Summary: Picture perfect room, nice. Do not book Half board as restaurant do not serve buffet dinner but need to choose from limited options of Chinese, Vietnamese and some Indian for vegetarian. Morning breakfast buffet was large but only one person taking care of all guests and seems he was exhausted and not able to help well.

The customer service throughout our stay was impeccable – every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. A heartfelt thank you to Camilla and Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel so well looked after. A particularly special moment was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my husband – we were touched to find a beautiful cake and festive balloons waiting in our room. It was such a memorable gesture and meant so much to both of us. We’re so grateful for the amazing hospitality and will absolutely be back again. Thank you to the entire Shangri-La team for making our stay so unforgettable! See you again soon.

Summary: The hotel is spectacular and the staff is amazing. We felt super welcomed and catered to. We were lucky to get a room upgrade and we were speechless with the views the attention to detail and everything. Food is very good and drinks as well. The only thing we felt is was a little outdated was the pool area. Not bad but definitely not at the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Summary: My Stay was not bad after i faced first issue when i arrived to hotel which i found out there is extra fee i have to bay which 80 AED , the room was clean but the carpet was not in good shape I believed require washing .room service was not changing towels and re-filling shampoo and body wash daily until i asked them or I requested

Summary: Short overnight stay whilst transiting through. This will continue to be our hotel of choice. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make our stay a memorable stay. The hotel is in a great location, it is extremely clean and it is clear customer service and satisfaction is high on the priority list. We will be back.
