Positive: Quiet, easy to find location, comfortable beds, nice little welcome box, comfortable sofa, clean fridge, spacious kitchen and storage in bedrooms, shops nearby, parking available
Negative: The neighbour is rude. Felt overlooked as there’s no window blinds nor net curtains, dirty kettle and toaster, cramped bathroom with bath/shower screen needs replacing, ran out of toilet roll, kitchen roll and hand wash, so we bought more, the fan was covered in a layer of dust, so we didn’t use it, the second bedroom didn’t have a mirror, unkempt front and back gardens, not well maintained. The host was slow to respond to messages.
Summary: A good short stay option for a small family or couple.

Positive: The property that we had booked had been missed by the cleaners due to a clerical error and we got our check in details late the next morning The guys at Dwellers delight moved us to another property that was almost identical, the experience comfortable and clean for our stay there forward

Positive: Key safe entry was handy and house situated where we needed to be for family visit. Welcome pack was a nice touch, as was the baby cutlery, there was enough crockery and nice towels. Nice new shower.
Negative: The house was described as 'brand new' which was absolutely not the case! The photographs on the website are clearly old as the property now looks very different. The lounge sofa bed couch was not comfy and was not big enough for the number of adults, so someone had to sit on an uncomfortable dining chair. The bedroom walls, kitchen door and banister rail were very dirty and the house was in need of some decoration. The bathroom was minute and the new bathroom suite was let down by the disgusting state of the shower screen and there was a hand wash provided but no other toiletries despite being advertised. The beds were uncomfortable and had all seen better days, especially the 2 singles which were saggy and not suitable for adults. The 'double' bedroom had a huge desk and desk chair which left very little other space in the room. The kitchen had no tin opener or scissors which was inconvenient and dish cloth. The house was not appropriate for a toddler, which we had told the proprietor would be among the group, there were lots of wires around and a low tv/modem etc, which are enticing to smal l fingers. I suggest no-one younger than 3 should be in this property. We were unable to use the garden area as the grass was so long, and the 'private' parking was actually street parking, not in front of the property as the photo suggests, but at the side of next door directly opposite a road junction, which is not good. We intended to vacuum before leaving, however the vacuum cleaner wire had been damaged and there were exposed wires, so we did not.
