Negative: The main living room did not have aircon so got very hot in the afternoon.

Positive: Friendly staff, Air-conditioned rooms, fridge in room . Hot showers with good water pressure. Clean and quiet. The lodges restaurant was good food ( must preorder an hour in advanced to allow cheif to prepare). Happy to book our tours for us .

Positive: Nice staff, they let us leave our luggage at reception after we checked out. Clean comfortable place. Not much in the way of plates and glasses and things for a big group. The location was pretty good but you can walk into Victoria falls which is why it didn't get a top score for that .

Positive: The property was very spacious and clean. Great room service from the cleaners. Spacious closets. Hospitable gestures shown by Mike and Thembi (the waiters from the restaurant) and Pardon the driver.

Negative: The shower was flooding and not draining well. We ended up getting a new room. The receptionists were not hospitable, always on their phones. It felt like they gave priority to foreign nationalities. I felt discriminated.
