Positive: The entire accomodation in absolutely gorgeous and made us feel home. The villa is modern, elegant, functional and very cozy, with all the appliances and items a family would hope to have far away from home. So much so that we sometimes reconsidered going out to visit some of our desired tourist places so we could stay "home" a bit more. All the rooms have air conditioning, including the (huge) living room, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathrooms (plural) are simply wonderful. Besides, the villa stands in front of a very helpful market and a nice restaurant. Perfect!

Negative: Honestly, there was abolutely nothing that could have been better regarding this accomodation. It's the best option a family could have while visiting Victoria Falls.

Summary: Home far away from home! Simply perfect!

Positive: Audrey at the front desk was gracious and efficient. We appreciated the wonderful customer service. The apartment was wonderful and perfectly situated. There's a restaurant across the street that we visited for dinner one evening which was so convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
