Positive: There was not a lot that we didn’t like about the house. The beds were great the welcoming was lovely the breakfasts were extremely well thought out with plenty of choices, Andy’s scrambled egg was spot on and the flapjack was super.
Negative: Perhaps the only small problem we had was that it was a little cold in the evening but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you

Positive: Helen and Andy were very welcoming and helpful and the homemade flapjack on arrival was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. We found the history of the house very interesting and it was great to be able to find out about it. The house was conveniently located to visit the lovely little town. The breakfast was delicious.

Positive: We loved everything. It was our boys first experience of a Bed and Breakfast and Helen and Andy surpassed our expectations. They were welcoming and friendly and instantly made us feel at home. We loved the whole experience- breakfast was amazing! The boys loved the pancakes and our cooked items were incredible. Beds were great and the rooms were spacious and airy. Thanks so much for having us.

Positive: Beautiful decor and gorgeous room with a free standing bath in the bathroom. Loved the little touches that were vegan friendly (vegan flapjacks, biscuits and soya milk) and lovely friendly welcome. Quiet and private room where we were left in peace. Perfect location as a 5 minute walk into Eccleshall.
Negative: Room was very warm at night and we couldn’t get the thermostat to work, we kept trying to change the temperature but it did not react.
