Positive: The views were stunning! I could sit out and stare all day long! AC in tents made the night very comfy.The decor is 'noisy' but unique; so, it makes it an interesting place.

Negative: The private game area has none of the big 5, so a game drive isn't very exciting. The food isn't great, and anytime we ordered a cocktail, some ingredients were missing and had to be omitted or replaced (e.g., no lime in dava but lemon, no nutmeg etc). The streak served was tough. Worst is that while they made me write down my allergies, they served me creamed spinach when I am lactose intolerant. I didn't have it, but there was no effort to substitute or change, which meant that I must've had some and the night was spent in the loo. My query about spinach having cream was poorly answered. Worst yet, they served me ice-cream after that discussion for dessert. Clearly there is poor communication about guest allergies and a very poor understanding of how to cater for it. Luckily, mine is an intolerance and not an allergy. I'd recommend carrying an EpiPen should you have any allergies, or you can take your own food coz what they serve isn't great. Then you'll be paying a hefty price for the stay for just the view. All the staff asked the same questions to every guest. That made the encounters rather robotic!

Positive: The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The food was good and plentiful for such a remote location. The tent, including the facilities, was very clean and refreshed twice a day. The tour gides are very knowleageble and eager to answer your questions. Lots of wild life roams arround, you can enjoy watching from your tent balcony. I want to give special thanks to Teresa - front desk, Waka and Jona - tour gides, Lydia - restaurant/bar . You all made my stay memorable and so relaxing.

Positive: I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The garden is absolutely beautiful, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The experience in the tented lodges was unique and truly memorable, blending comfort with nature perfectly. A special mention goes to the manager, John, who was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcome. The breathtaking views from the property added an extra layer of magic to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience!
