Positive: Superb find near Etosha! Everything was above expectations- topped with an outdoor shower connected to the bathroom. On it’s own it is a reason to go back to Namibia :)

Negative: General maintenance of furniture needed in the room - door handles missing or cannot close. Sewerage smells when you sit at your room patio. When you shower there is no privacy. The privacy glass is way too low. People walking and driving the golf cart paths can see in. Mosquito net holes were stitched up and looked tacky. Hospitality staff increased visibility and offerings when the executive of the business arrived or were around. Hospitality staff asked for their tips when we ordered and asked not to book to the room because they don't get paid. Booked a spa massage treatment and was expecting to be outside but placed in a room after telling the front desk to rather book the day after because we did not want to be in convenienced if it was fully booked or waiting for others to confirm. We were told we could use the sauna for free by the hospitality staff and when we arrived the day after the massage we were told by the spa staff we needed to pay and it was only free when you booked a treatment. Being asked are we still here and when are we leaving a few times. Being made to feel we over stayed our welcome. The game drive to Etosha was a speed drive through, asked to see the Etosha pan to find out later we were not taken to the main site..the priority appeared to be chasing and focusing on the big 5 and that was money wasted.

Positive: The lodge is absolutely stylish and beautiful. Staff were great, rooms very large and comfortable, food was exceptional, high tea was so good, fires were going early morning and in the evenings, plenty of spaces to relax and watch over nature.

Negative: Food was very basic Every time we had a drink for eg, we had to sign a chit with a gratuity - doesn't feel very good in lodge like this The guide was very basic (knowledge, stories etc) and they put 8 of us in a gameviewer

Positive: Located about 70 km from Anderson Gate of Etosha NP this Lodge is situated in a quiet and friendly area with an outstanding Staff on every position. all of them were extremely helpful and professional.

Positive: First and foremost I would want to highlight the excellent and friendly staff at Epacha. From start to finish, and in all aspects of the stay, the service was impeccable. Furthermore, we got a chance to connect with the Des Nel, the general manager, which was a truly unforgettable experience. The amount of experience and passion he has for wildlife if extraordinary, and would highly recommend hearing some of his stories should the opportunity present itself. The lodge itself is fantastic, and has the right balance of seclusion and privacy, yet it still has all the key amenities and entertainment options to make for a great place to be in-between game drives. I'd definitely visit again!

Negative: Nothing to comment on here, the overall stay was magnificant.
