Positive: The house was perfect - it was more than what the description even suggested. Very spacious two storey house with ample parking. Lots of space and lots of bedrooms, the house was well stocked and well equipped. The woodfire was perfect for the cold NSW evening. We only stayed for a night and this is really more for an extended stay - it was a bit pricey in terms of location. There is really nothing around there, it feels quite isolated. The closest supermarket is about a 6 min drive away.

Positive: Eagle Point is a wonderful place to stay. Located in a beautiful position by the beach with plenty of walking cycling and swimming close by. The property has everything you need to relax and enjoy this beautiful location. We took our dog Murphy. There are plenty of places to take him and off leash beaches are plenty. Before 8am and after 4pm. Adam the host is marvellous. Highly recommend this property.
Negative: There’s nothing not to like about this property.

Positive: Fantastic location, fireplace, spa, ample amount of space, each room was fantastic. Huge amount of firewood to use.
Negative: The pillows are horrible. Everyone woke up with a headache. I had to drive home into town to grab my pillows so we could all sleep properly.

Positive: location was absolutely beautiful, with a great veranda with an outdoor table overlooking the bay. Also had a spa on the veranda close enough to the table to join in the conversation. There were bikes to ride which some of us used along the walking/ bike track. Large kitchen with plenty of bench space. And we appreciated the firewood. Had a great time.
Negative: Was a bit cold downstairs no heating, needs bigger towels for larger people. Oh and l couldn’t find the welcome book. But these are simple things to fix.
