Summary: We had Vrbo hosts last minute cancel on us. The property manager to this site immediately replied and had us in the next day! Gave clear and regular communication. The place is perfect for a family with kids. Ping pong table, treehouse and space to play. Back deck is relaxing and a great place to enjoy meals together. Hot tub with a view too. All bedrooms had enough space and were comfortable. Location is great. Went to Oakland, into Berkeley and sf easily this would be a great place for a group of friends or family. We hope to come back!

Summary: Cute house with funky east bay hills vibe in a very quiet, shaded, hillside neighborhood. Comfortable for four couples. Has peekaboo views of the bay through the trees from deck, living room and master bedroom. Easy access to UC Berkeley, Tilden Park, downtown Oakland and Bart. Was lacking nothing and Trish (host) was very accommodating. Since I never give straight five-stars, chose accuracy of online listing to mark down to four only because prior to committing, the Vrbo locator, suggested a location a block or two away where the view would have been stunning. That was too much to expect, but nevertheless, the house is very nice. Hope to stay again when/if my next child's wedding.
