Positive: Very nice hotel, spacious, clean and modern room with huge bathroom. Staff was exceptional, very friendly and spoke good English. They even surprised me with a cake as I had my birthday during our stay, they made us feel home :) Breakfast is also amazing, provided huge selection

Negative: If I really have to mention something, it is a bit out of the city centre but the metro station is directly next to hotel so no need to worry

Positive: Convenient location, everything is clean and modern

Negative: Breakfast buffet is a bit tired. Perhaps reduce the number of items and focus more on quality. For example the fruit section only has the ‘cheap’ fruits like watermelon, dragon fruit. Add things like blueberries to make an impact.

Summary: Easy choice for me when staying in Beijing as so convenient, clean and efficient.

Positive: Great location with direct access to a shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and bakeries to choose from, and a top quality supermarket. Staff are very helpful and professional. We have been staying with them every time we are in Beijing, one of the best hotels in the city.
