This spacious home in Eastman home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and large living room. A large dinning room table big enough to sit everyone. with a grill right outside on the porch! Washer and dryer on site.

Whaleback Mountain 15 minutes away, 20 minutes from Mount Sunapee, 30 minutes from Ragged Mountain. 36K of cross country skiing trails, snow shoeing, 18 hole championship golf course, indoor community pool, gym, tennis courts, 6 beaches, sledding hill, ice skating, paddle board, kayaks, sailboats, and hiking trails.

Summary: Location with access to Eastman Lake is the gem of this property.We had 17 family members across three generations together. the host is responsive.

Summary: First the communication with the house OWNER was great. Very nice and responsive. VRBO app doesn't really work for communication so just call Ryan. Never heard nor saw any property maintenance people. Never picked up the garbage and I gave the owner a head's up about that. Someone left the cans in the driveway and they were supposed to be in the garage. It was all over the driveway. We picked it up and put all the cans in the garage. Never picked it up during our stay. Pretty well stocked house. Not really as it says in check in instructions (made it sound like there was nothing there). There was bath soap, dish soap, bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper. The necessities. Bring shampoo, conditioner, band aids & other medicine kit things. Kitchen has everything you would need except an old fashioned can opener for juice cans - makes a triangle in the top of the can. So much to do in Eastman. Lake is great. Forbes Tavern is great. Golf course is nice. Perfect spot to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. One other thing, pretty sure the property maintenance people wrote the extensive list of what you have to clean before you leave. After paying over $700 in fees, I think they could at least take care of all the vacuuming! Overall good experience. Love Eastman!

Summary: A place that could well accommodate the 17 members of our three-generation family gathering. The lake (about a three minute drive) and amenities are superb.

Summary: The property was exactly as listed, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. In addition, it was very spacious and could easily accommodate our extended family of 10. Also, whenever there was an issue or a problem – which was never the owner’s fault – the property manager was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to take care of it. We had only one main criticism, which is that we wish more of the windows had screens. We could not open the others without bugs coming in.

Summary: My family came in from all across the country to celebrate my daughters graduation from Dartmouth College. The house was well equipped to host a large group. There were plenty of beds for everyone. If you are planning on sleeping in the upper bedroom, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask since there are not any blinds on the windows. The host was very responsive to our questions.

Summary: My group loved staying at this property. Our group was in the area for a wedding and the location was perfect for us, and the house was exactly the size we needed for us all to stay. We all traveled from different states, and it was great to have separate spaces for each of the couples. We were so happy to find this place and it worked perfectly for our needs.
