Positive: Apartment has everything you need for a couple days stay and is quite comfortable. Hosts are incredibly nice and accomodating. Wifi works great and with no hiccups. Location within a walking distance to a train station and metro station.
Negative: Be aware that there is no A/C (which is unfortunately a standard in Brussels) and the apartment is in the non-insulated building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only a narrow wooden access staircase so it can be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Dish drying rack was moldy. + This is not the safest of neighborhoods and it shows + streets are incredibly dirty so the smell can be quite unpleasant.

Positive: Very well equipped apartment, has almost everything - kitchen appliances, coffee/tea, even containers for meal prep. Smart TV, blankets, flip flops, toiletries. Good location, 10min walk from train station, 30~ min walk to centre. Host was nice over texts, although we never met
Negative: Check-in was a bit awkward, person handing over the keys didn't speak English. The instructions said to ring a door-bell with a name that wasn't on there, thankfully someone stepped outside while I was waiting. Area is a bit sketchy, but once you walk a bit around Brussels you realize that's how most of the city looks and despite the looks it's very safe, even at night. Only thing missing from kitchen was some cooking oil - with all the pans, etc, it would be nice not to have to buy your own cooking oil, especially if you're flying in and won't be able to take it with you.
Summary: Great, well equipped apartment. If I visit again, I'll rent the same place

Positive: The apartment was very well equipped, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quite close to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, just a 4-minute walk—ideal if you plan to visit other cities like Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, or London.
Negative: Be aware of the area of the city you are booking. This place is not in the most upscale and cozy part of Brussels, where most European Union diplomats stay—that kind of accommodation can be insanely expensive. Instead, you'll be in a working-class neighborhood. That was fine for me, but a bit more cleanliness and better street lighting at night would have been appreciated.
