Summary: We stayed for a graduation and this place fit all our needs! Was large enough that we were able to stay with the whole family, was easy to get to and from the school and had a great family centered environment. We were bummed we were not able to stay longer and enjoy all the space had to offer. We would stay again! The host was amazing at answering any questions that came up and the home was stocked with everything that was needed.

Summary: We booked this location for my son’s first birthday and it was the best! The kitchen was stocked, the bedrooms were lovely, it had a spacious outdoor space and the whole place was so clean! We had a couple of questions throughout our stay and the management/owner responded quickly and with precise explanation!! Thank you so much for letting us creating memories at your home!

Summary: Courtney was such a gracious host! She was super responsive and helpful with everything and did her best to make our stay great. The only big downside was that the hot tub never got up to temp, which was something we were super looking forward to this weekend. We had 16 people comfortably stay at this house and we’re very grateful for Courtney’s rental, as it can be hard to find homes in the area. We will definitely come back for our next weekend away close to home!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The start was a little rocky as we were thinking the whole house was air conditioned. When we arrived there were 2 portable A/C units, living room and 1 bedroom, and a couple of fans in the house. The house was very hot from being closed up for a few days we presumed. We made contact with the cleaning people and they left and returned with 3 large fans that we put around the house. By evening, the house was cooler and by the next morning it was fine. From then on it stayed at a comfortable temperature as long as we shut it up during the day and opened up the windows at night to let the cool air in plus leaving the fans and portable A/C units running. The house was well stocked with cookware and dishes. (only 3 wineglasses though) We never did find a wine bottle opener. The house was right where we wanted to be location wise and there is plenty of parking. I would stay there again. Not sure how we thought that the whole house was A/C except that is what we thought the VRBO ad said.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and comfortable, and had room for everyone. Traveling with four kids, we needed a variety of sleeping options! It was hot, but we found several box fans in the closet, which aided the ac units in the extreme heat. We were nervous about sleeping farther away from the toddlers, but we found a baby monitor in the game cupboard! The host always replied quickly, and graciously. We loved it, and will definitely stay again next time we have a need.

Summary: Our family enjoyed our stay at Courtney's home. We appreciated bring advised not to use the microwave with any other small appliances & we didn’t flip the breaker. Sorry but we couldnt start the dishwasher. We tried, but if it works I'd recommend instructions be posted for future customers. I'd also recommend instructions on how to start the main bathroom shower. After a few attempts we figured it out. It looks like previous renters also tried to start the shower, pulling & pushing the knob which made the fixture a little loose. Upon departing we weren't sure how to leave the rooms & where to put the used bedding & towels. If theres a preference maybe that should be posted too. Be assured, we are NOT complaining, we just want to help future renters know how to operate appliances, minimize frustration, be well informed & enjoy their stay. Otherwise it was comfortable & we felt at home. Every room was so cute! There's LOTS of toys & games, kitchen was fully stocked, lots of cleaners, spices & some canned goods. Laundry room & bathrooms were also fully stocked. Communication w/Courtney was outstanding & she responded promptly. We appreciate Courtney sharing her home with us. I hope she can find some of our recommendations useful. Best to the Henderson family & thanks again!
