3 Bedroom House in Columbus

Easy Livin' is a single family home in a quiet neighborhood next to Easton Towncenter Shopping. Close to central Columbus, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown, this ranch home is ideal for families and small kids.
As parents of 2 toddlers, we do our best to childproof our homes, provide cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, a child friendly reading nook, and high chair. The hot tub is great to relax in after the kids go to bed, and we are pet friendly!
Easy Livin is a 3 bedroom home with a fenced backyard, small game room with skeet ball, and a full kitchen. Home has washer and dryer and one car garage for guest use as well.
We have a ZERO tollerance for parties. If you plan to have someone on the property other than the people on your reservation, you must get permission first. Parties/Gatherings/ people "stopping by" will be considered breaking our house rules and your reservation will be ended with no refund. There is no smoking of any kind permitted inside our home.

I am always a text or call away. I do not live on the property and check in is self-check in through electronic deadbolt.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood and we were able to include our pet which was a priority. Having two bathrooms was another item that was high on our list.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is close to stores, and a park. The bike trail out back goes to downtown cColumbus and beyond.

Summary: Rachel was very responsive host. The backyard is a great space for family to get together. The back play room is well equipped for our 18 month old and the crib much appreciated. The beds were comfortable.

Summary: This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails. The neighborhood was super quiet, not alot of traffic and conveniently located to everything we were there to do. Communication with Rachel was clear and easy. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you, Rachel, for opening your home and helping us make great memories!

Summary: Easy Livinโ€™ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

Summary: I would say this place really deserves a 3.5/5. There are a few things that need work probably more seating, more coffee cups. Etcc. If this place can host 6 people it probably needs sux of at least the basic utensil etc. Where it really needs help is a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The vents were filthy. The kitchen floor moved around. All the outlets are broken. Normally this wouldn't bother me except i have small kids with small fingers, easy to get pinched. The owner did say this was a kid appropriate house but wouldn't stay there again. Which is two bad because the owners were great and location was awesome. Really wanted to leave a good review.

Summary: The house was easy to find and close to lots of amenities but the neighborhood was less than ideal except for the nearby park. The house could use a deep clean with new pots and pans and kitchen supplies. For a house that sleeps several adults and children, the living room only has one small couch. Also, the house doesnโ€™t do well for young kids going to bed for you can hear everything! Suggestion, bring a sound machine to help children sleep. When the internet stopped working because of a payment issue, the homeowners responded quickly.

Summary: Location and house are great for families with kids! Lots to do within just a few minutes. The fenced in backyard and hot tub are a nice bonus too. There are plenty of baby proofing options which I appreciate with my 2 toddlers. My only minor complaint is the bedding was littered with dog hair which is not a complete surprise in a pet friendly home. Otherwise everything was great, would stay again
