Negative: Self checking broken, parking was at another hotel and no info about this, key card was not made correctly, no entry to our room at night, the concierge opened the door to let us sleep, no working key so had to leave with luggage in the morning to go for coffee

Negative: Tiny bathroom and the hotel was located a ways away from the old city. The trams were easy to use and we ate at an excellent Thai restaurant (Thai Family) nearby.

Positive: The location is very good. Easy access to public transport and all the main touristic points. The room was very clean and organized and the self check in is very hand and easy.
Negative: When we booked, the check-in time was stated as 2pm, but upon arrival, the local instructions indicated check-in only after 3pm. Additionally, there was no locker available to leave our bags, so we had to inquire at a nearby hotel. Furthermore, there was a missing kettle in the bedroom.
