Summary: An excellent location for visiting Basel - close to the centre and accessible to the train and bus station (with airport links). The rooms were well designed and set up, clean and new-looking, and quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be booking The Passage for my next trip

Summary: Perfect four-star. Simple, but comfortable, clean and modern, centrally located, excellent service. Super workout and sauna space, though moderately small. Nothing too fancy, but might be the best four-star place in the city. Under-rated.

Summary: The room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were greeted warmly and they answered all of our tourist questions. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and quiet. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants. I Highly recommend this hotel.
