Our place is 12 min. from Magnolia Market & Baylor's McLane Stadium & 1.5 miles from I-35. You'll love our place because of its quiet location in the country on a working homestead.
This rental is part of a duplex named "Echt House" and this side (left side) of the duplex is named "The Farmhouse". The other side is named "The Ranch" and both are available for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of any guests that may be renting the other side.
We are only 4 miles from the #1 rated restaurant in central Texas -- Cafe' Homestead -- and the Homestead Craft Village. Also, we're only 15 minutes from BSR or Cameron parks.
It is Eco-friendly with spray foamed insulation, energy star washer, dryer, refrigerator, range and microwave with many Eco-friendly supplies.
Its great for couples, business travelers, solo adventurers and families (with kids).

Summary: The property is clean and quiet. It’s a duplex, so I suppose that could affect the quiet, but there was an unrelated group in the adjacent side and we didn’t realize that until leaving the next morning. Communication was clear and met our needs. Would stay here again.

Summary: The Farmhouse (1/2 of duplex) was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was so quiet but only 10-12 minutes to Baylor, we were there for family weekend. This is a great place to unwind and disconnect with comfortable bedrooms, living room and a nice relaxing bathroom.

Summary: This home is so comfortable and is well appointed. We stayed the first time on Aug 23rd and returned on Sept 1. We met Chris who is a great host. I highly recommend this property - very quiet with easy access to 35. Everything you want in a property - and more!!!

Summary: This is a lovely home that is well appointed. Easy access to freeway yet also very quiet. While it is a duplex, it is obviously well built because we never heard the other couple next door until they were leaving. The living room has reclining lazy boy rockers that are very comfortable. Chris is a very "hands-on" owner and replied to us quickly before and during our trip. 5 Stars and we are looking forward to our return trip over Labor Day. Thanks Chris!

Summary: Booked this property for one night for a concert that was in town. Duplex is clean and decorated very well. They neighbors were very nice but when they left their dogs howled for hours. The walls are thin and you could hear everything. So sad to hear dogs cry for so long.
