Our home is a wonderful peek into the rich history of Cotter, Arkansas while incorporating new amenities that we all enjoy! Apartment 2 (Left Door) has been decorated with a theme that my wife Kammi has dubbed “The Eclectic Bungalow;-)" Highlighting her passion for antiquing as well as making any space truly inviting! All the spaces have been meticulously decorated to be unique and welcoming, with our guest’s experience in mind. Come in, be our guests, and enjoy #PotterBlock!

Cotter’s history was centered upon the Railroad which once included the Roundhouse and many other industries that utilized the nearby White River to service their customers. Our home was built in 1921 and included two businesses below, with living quarters above. The home was given a face lift back in the 1970’s which provided many local residents with permanent housing for many years. When we purchased the home it was in need of major repair which has truly been a labor of love. After transitioning from the U.S. Army, my wife and I found our way back home to the community that loved and supported us for so many years.

Summary: Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Property was beautiful and clean and they did a fantastic job on this renovation. There was plenty of parking for my boat and I could be at the boat ramp in 30 seconds. Can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts!

Summary: This is the third property owned and operated by Jason and Kammi in which I stayed. They are all top notch, clean, newly remodeled, nicely furnished, great appliances, and especially nice linens in the bathrooms. They have feel of a 5-star hotel. Will stay in one of their homes in January on another fishing trip.

Summary: Perfectly transparent experience at a really nice property. Only complaint I could come up with is that the coffee maker is a little slow (I can also accept that it could have been operator error).

Summary: We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the Eclectic Bungalow in lovely, peaceful Cotter, AR. Hosts Jason and Kammi were amazing and made it so easy for us to check in and stay. They are fantastic! This space was lovely, comfortable and cozy! We had everything we needed. We enjoyed strolling the quiet streets of Cotter, checking out the historic homes and businesses and having coffe every day at the Cotter Bridge Market. Definitely check out the Cotter cats who are taken care of by a group of caring residents. Everyone we met was super friendly. I am missing Cotter already!

Summary: This place is very nice. We had a good time and felt like we were in a home away from home. The washer/dryer was an awesome plus. The property is well kept, but the surrounding area is run down. It is great that there is parking is right out front, but the shabby condition of the area makes you want to lock all the doors.

Summary: This property was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Jason and Kammi were so nice to offer local recommendations one morning on the sidewalk. The apartment was well supplied and had instructions for everything. I wish we could have stayed there longer and would definitely visit again if given the chance.
