Enjoy magical sunsets and fireworks displays right from the front yard. This home has views of PNC Park and the North Shore It is just minutes to Downtown, AGH, North Shore dining and activities. Easy access to I-279 and the parkway. Get your exercise on the nearby fitness trail, recreation area or explore beautiful Riverview Park.
From the house you will be able to walk out the front door and down the street onto the scenic overlook of the city. The home is in Fineview, a quiet residential neighborhood.
It is close to the local Carnegie library, several pizza/sub shops, and other unique eateries. The house is within driving distance of full-service grocery stores, drug stores, coffee shops, dry cleaners, gas stations, restaurants, bars, and other night life, however, all of these types of establishments are within one or two miles.
