Negative: Just a slight issue with the plumbing. They attempted to correct it but it continued- the showers keep going very cold then hot then cold.

Negative: No curtains, the place got really hot and stuffy at night and it was a mission and a half trying to figure out how to get the netflix into English.

Positive: Directly across the road from Victoria Park and Sydney University grounds. A lovely spot for a jog or walk in the morning. Close to central station a shopping centre and plenty of food options near by.
Negative: Probably some air conditioning. The celing fans (albeit in every room) dont really cut it on a hot day/night. A few small maintenance issues, but nothing not overcomable.
Summary: Enjoyable, with a good balance of city and park.

Positive: location.close to sydney broadway mall. opposite the park. also, beside it, toby estate coffee.yum coffee in the morning
Negative: toilet is bit stuffy and water tend to flow out and causing the toilet floor wet mostly.but the washing machine is a plus.

Positive: The location was great and it was quiet. The apartment is a good size for 4 people and nicely decorated.
Negative: The fan in one of the bedrooms was broken when we arrived and it was 37c, they did bring us a portable fan on the second day which was helpful. It would be nice if they provided some tea and coffee.
Summary: Would recommend to friends, we had a great time.
